What We Offer Referral Partners

Same-day referral confirmation. Send us the order and we confirm same day — equipment type, delivery window, and insurance status. You know before your patient leaves.

Clean documentation, fast. We process Medicare and insurance authorization paperwork within 24 hours of receiving a complete physician order. We flag missing documentation immediately rather than letting it stall.

One contact. Each referring facility has a dedicated contact at Lifetime Medical. No phone tree, no ticket system. One person who knows your patients.

Delivery visibility. We confirm the delivery window in writing and notify you when equipment is delivered. You do not need to call to check.

How to Refer a Patient

1. Fax or email the physician order and patient insurance information to us
2. We confirm receipt and verify insurance eligibility within 2 hours (business hours)
3. We coordinate delivery directly with the patient or family caregiver
4. We confirm delivery and send you a delivery notification
